Shipping & Delivery Policy – CaAmo Coffee
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
- Poland: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- EU countries: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Outside the EU (if applicable): Estimated delivery 7–21 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or customs clearance (for non-EU deliveries).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. No additional fees will be charged after checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your shipping option).
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at office@caamo.coffee.
- We will investigate with the courier.
- If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive a replacement shipment or a full refund.
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@caamo.coffee, including photos of the package and items. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Liability
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you provided. After confirmed delivery, responsibility transfers to you.
8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Does not apply for sales in B2B transactions.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
